Most mainland UK deliveries : We regret that we can no longer deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or UK Islands. P&P charges are £ 5.85 per order (P&P is free for orders over £ 75.00) and delivery will normally be made within 1-2 working days of our receipt of your order. Orders received by 3 pm Monday-Friday (except bank holidays) : we aim to deliver at least 95% of these orders by the end of the next working day. Orders received after 3 pm on Fridays and during the weekend will
be processed the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday. PLEASE NOTE : It is our company policy that, whenever possible, you should let us have special instructions in the event that you are not at home when the delivery is made. These may be (a) leave with a neighbour, (b) leave in front/side garden, (c) leave at side/rear of house. Where appropriate, we recommend that you specify that the product may be left with a neighbour. In the event that the parcel can not be left, you will be contacted and delivery will be rescheduled.

arrange to refund you within 30 days of our receipt of the goods
in their original condition. Delivery Delays Please note that we can not be held responsible for delivery delays
that are out of our direct control, and we therefore have to reserve
the right to extend the period allowed for delivery by up to 7 working
days. In such exceptional circumstances we will endeavour to re-deliver
